How to get a Helicopter to land on a Carrier?

Thanks in advance for any help.. I have been poring over the Editor and debug mode, trying everything I can think of to make the Helicopter unit able to be re-based to a Carrier, and not just cities. But, I am at a loss. Help?

You can't. In Civ3, units that can transport other units can't in turn be loaded.
