How to get BNW on the 9th if you are European?

Hey,

As i have understood it Europeans will get the game on the 12th while it is possible to get it from the 9th in NA.

So what do you have to do to get it the 9th if you are in Europe. It should be possible since the game is out there.

I do have a VPN service. Will you have to create a steam account registered to another country? How do they even check where you are from? By your paycard?

Any help is appreciated.

Think of it this way, if you bought it off steam, you gonna get it on a Friday, if you pre-ordered the box, you gonan have to wait until Monday

Actually how does steam determine your country? If it sets it at the time you create your account, moving to America would be pointless.

While bypassing Steam restrictions is not illegal, it's against their EULA.
There are probably only a few things here about which we care less than the EULA, so that's not the point why it's not allowed. It's not allowed because if Steam catches you at an EULA violation, this might mess with your account, and you don't want to have problems with your Steam account directly before the BNW release, do you?.
Therefore it's not allowed, because we don't want anybody to say "I read that at CFC, and now I have problems ."
