How to get Exoplanets DLC

Hey,

I bought Civ BE to play online. However, 50% of the games require the DLC. There is no place to buy it on Steam. I know you could get the pack by preordering, but I am wondering if there is any other way to get the DLC?

Yes, well, unfortunately nobody can actually contact Steam. Only discuss the many issues with it...

The DLC will be on sale at some time.
Meanwhile start a game without DLC, there must be others without the DLC.
