How To Get in A MP or PBEM game if you r a newbie

Standard World
Continents
60% water
No space victory
Conquest and Cultural Victories = on
Domination Victory = on
Climate = normal
Temperature = temperate
Age = 4 billion
Respawn AI = on
Allow cultural conversions = on
Accelerated Production = on
Barbarian activity = roaming

Sidvilized - Iroquois (1)
BlazeInjun - Babylonians (2)
Jtcat - Aztecs (3)
Quarky - Japanese (4)

I'm sending an email to everyone with all email addresses in it. Turn order is as listed above.

I used to start a PBEM for newcomers regularly but since many people have moved to Civ4 and I have been busy I am sorry I failed to help you.
