How to get the installation path (windows registry)

Hi there.

We have a community that made game's translations and we finally ended the Civ5 project.

Now we must setup a translation install script but we lack the windows registry key to get the game's path installation.

My version is Steam and another member has a boxed version of the game. We couldn't find any key in our windows registry related to path installation.

Someone can tell me if Civ5 (Stem or boxed) do not write the installation path in windows registry?
Someone knows how to get this information?

The boxed version is also a Steam version, so don't bother with the differences .
No idea if the keys for the games are written in the registry, but the steam games are normally always a subfolder of the steam directory, so getting the Steam registry keys themselves should be enough.
