How to get the Windows window for selecting the place where to save a sav file

How do I get the Windows window for selecting the place where to save a sav file. I read someplace that this was the way to do it:

"Open the Civilisation3.Ini and add these 2 lines:
WinFileBox=1
WindowsFileBox=1"

I need more specifics, I tried adding them at the end of the .ini but that did not work. If you know how to get the Windows window for selecting the place where to save a sav file, please reply. thx in advance
