I'm playing Civ 5 and I didn't download it off Steam. I don't have Steam.
I really like India's reduced unhappiness from population growth feature but I'm tired of playing as India all the time.
I'd like to play as another civilization, but give myself India's unique ability (on top of the unique ability of the new civilization).
How do I do this? I don't know anything about modding. And I couldn't find a ready-made mod for unhappiness reduction from population growth at all.
