How to hurry production and some other questions

I had the civic that enables you to hurry city production using gold enabled, how do you hurry production using game interface?

I found I was able to build missionaries in some cities but not others. When monasteries are obsolete and you have the AFAIK Theocracy (no need for monasteries enabled), what is the prerequisite for missionaries?

To rush production you need either Slavery or Universal Suffrage turned on in civics. Then, click on the city. To the right of the box that shows the various units, buildings and wonders you can produce is a box with wheat, hammer, coin, great person icon, etc. This is where you can rush. Righ above the hammer and coin is a larger button. This is the rush production button.

As far as missionaries go, there are a few things you need to know. First, the city must have that religion before it can create a missionary (kinda obvious, but just in case). So, make sure that the city actually has religion first. You've already caught on that you only need a monastery if you're not using Theocracy. Finally, based on the difficulty level you play on, there is a hard limit to how many missionaries you can have at any given point. On lower levels you can have 3 (maybe 4)... Higher difficulties you're limited to 2 at a time. I haven't tried any of the really high difficulties yet, so there may be a point at which the game limits you to 1.
