How to i make my custom map bigger than the limit in world Builder?

So i want to create a custom map/scenario of Westeros in CIV5 using the SDK, but the size of the *template* is just too small, i already have the size set to max, but i have seen maps even bigger than the max size. Does anyone know how i can exceed the limit of tiles on my custom map?
