How to intervene on a “FPK” file?!

After testhaving vainly tested the “PakBuild” proposed by 'ggganz' (2006/Firaxis Galmes), I believe to have exhausted all my possibilities of research to open files “FPK” (thank you Wolfshanze!).
But… perhaps there precisely exists so that one cannot open them??!!! Where… it is possible to find the associated DDS and others which they contain? Thanks for announcing it !

Thank you, I finally succeeded in downloading the program according to your last bond and to open (break up) the files.
I hope that I will be able to use it more completely when the need arises some (there is no information on all the possibilities of operation). Cool!
