How to let the population of a city grows?

Before I assume you're just an idiotic troll, is there a specific problem you are having, and if so please describe it. The method by which cities grow is surplus food, and given that you have previously claimed to understand the game mechanics better than deity level players and experienced modders, I have a hard time believing you are unaware of that basic fact.

Of course, you may have just been full of spit in the thread about how your trainer wasn't working properly, but I strongly suspect you are just here to be disruptive.

I notice you haven't described your particular issue here. I have no idea what On9 means. Moreover, I really don't care about the assessment of someone so obviously uninterested in an actual exchange of ideas as to not even make a cursory pretense beyond posing a question about basic game mechanics in a thread title and avoiding specifics at all costs.

In case you're just an idiot, and need the basic mechanics explained: build some farms to ensure each city has a food surplus. Build a granary in each city. They will grow.

I have a hard time believing anyone who can read and who has found this site can't figure that out on their own.

If you still have issues, then they are probably health related, and you need to trade for resources, build grocers/supermarkets/public transit and/or adopt environmentalism.

Oh, I am quite done feeding him. Apparently his schtick is to annoy people to get them to follow his links to a stock trading site; one that probably has popups which infect a pc with malware. Luckily, his idiocy is transparent enough that I didn't bother.

I did have to give the benefit of the doubt and offer an answer, just in case being retired was his only problem. alas, it was not.
