How to limit a unit can only move on the railway

I want a unit can only move on the railway
Where can I find Source file about control Including unit`s move, display range of movement, etc.

i was expecting this soon, after danrells railroad artillery unit was released. Is this what your inquiring about?

Anyways we did find a way to do this in civ4, but iirc it required editing the dll, and hence i think it'll be the same for civ5.
