How to make mods for BE

Hello There,

I wanted to make a civilization mod for civ V, but then beyond earth was comming out so i didn't learn. now that its out i cant find any documentation nor tutorials anywhere. If someone knows how to make sponsors/factions for BE, can you please help me out.

Same way as for CIV V - download Modbuddy from Steam. If you've never nodded for CIV V before though, you'll probably find yourself in over your head...

Best way to learn, download some of the mods already posted, go through their xml/lua code to figure them out.
