There's currently 4 dlc's and each of them have one scenario to play, if you have them they'll appear in the ruleset menu. Yes there are community built mods.
It's also possible to play the base game scenarios (Ancient Rivals, Hallowed Ground etc.) as single player by setting up a hotseat "multiplayer" game and leaving all but one of the player slots as AIs.
