How to remove an incomplete aqueduct.

I started an aqueduct in a city and then Niter was discuvered under the construction site. Obviously I would like to build elsewhere and harvest the NIter but I can't find the command in the city or the builder command to scrap the project. Please tell me this exists as an option.

You can't cancel districts when you've started construction on them, far as I know. The Niter underneath would however be added to your pool of resources. Any completed district will add resources underneath it to your inventory.

Here's a stupid question - Can you even harvest strategic resources?

Yeah...I didn't think so.

no you cant harvest strategic ressources and can't build districts or wonders on it once it is discovered. therefore: if you see a veeeery nice spot for a district (say +4 adjacency and more) be sure to place the district/wonder before researching a tech that unlocks a strategic ressource.
same with luxuries, although you can see them from the beginning.

I dislike the free niter and would rather it reposition in to the nearest available free tile that just slip it in under my temple so I have to put up no smoking signs.
