How to save a lan game?

Me and my roommate tried playing a lan game on ptw, assuming we could save it and continue another time. However once I tried to resume the game that I'd saved I could only play it in single player on my own.

Does anyone know how to save and resume lan games? Otherwise we're not really going to be able to finish a game without spending an entire weekend straight playing civ! (not that I haven't done that before!)

Yes. Have the host save it regularly and than load it from the same way you started. Except pick Load Game and make sure your the right civs
