How well will this laptop run the game?

Here's the laptop I just ordered. I didn't order it for gameplaying, so it's not a big deal whether the game will run or not. It would just be a nice bonus.

It definitely meets the recommended requirements (just barely) but I want to know realistically what kind of performance I'll get. What kinds of options will I be able to use, and which will I need to switch off? Will my mouse be lagging? Etc.

AMD Turion ML-34 (Roughly equivalent to Athlon 64 3000)
512MB RAM (Don't remember if its PC2700 or PC3200)
ATI Radeon 200M 128MB

I have no idea how good/bad the graphics card is, but it sounds OK. However, I expect that lack of RAM will be the bottleneck of your system. Another half gig should improve the gameplay immensely on larger maps.

As for the options... experiment.

I have your vid card on a AMD Semptron (A much crappier card) and CIV 4 works great - videos are a little choppy later in the game but I can play with without difficulty.
