How would an XPS 15 work with Civ V?

I am looking at getting an XPS 15 this summer. Here are the specs (http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-15/pd?oc=dndogx4&model_id=xps-15). Does anyone know how this machine would handle Civ V. The computer itself is only 720P, but I probably would be using a 1080p monitor when playing.

It should work ok. On Nvidia's Website the graphics card is advertised with a screen shot of V. That would be false advertising if it would not handle V.
