How would I go about recording the sound of a YouTube video and saving it as a .wav?

There are several I want to do this to, but for example let's take, oh, 00:13-00:24 of this.

Use FLV Extract to convert audio to mp3, then use Audacity to edit the mp3 and save it as wav

I downloaded those programs you suggested, then discovered that Audacity could convert the sound direct to .wav. Thanks.
