How do you repair artilery?

You cannot I think.

It is like how you cannot repair units to higher levels, you cannot repair artilary.

I think No. 1 Person is right -- I've never found any way of repairing artillery. Unless you're in a desperate battle, you're often better off disbanding damaged artillery and building new units (though it does take awhile) or buying it at the Home Country docks (though the price goes up each time you do).

there is no point disbanding your damaged artillery since there is no upkeep cost for it. Just keep it in your reserve while building new ones. You will need even the damaged ones in the War of independence.
