I just downloaded a mod, unzipped and I go into the game and its not there, what do i do for it to work

I have a question of my own... Why do you keep posting stuff which is obviously neither a Tutorial nor Reference here, despite: Sticky: Reminder: QUESTIONS BELONG IN THE MAIN CREATION FORUM!
Asking your questions (or posting mod ideas or recruiting modding stuff) in the appropriate section of the forum will probably get you more and better answers.
