Hunting for a graphics pack

Years ago (how many has been lost to the sands of time) I had a graphics mod-pack for Civ2 that used some very cartoony units (like those in ToT), but they were all small (to the point where there were four little guys to a square for some of the units).

I've trawled the units thread and I can't find it, but does anyone have any ideas?
