Hyborem is stupid (and his world spell is annoying)

The designers keep making the infernals and mercs stronger. Basium is really tough in most games I play, but Infernal less so. Why not give him an AV priest? Or one manes per AV city on the map?

Fuzzy, I think that was changed and now all infernal cities have those buildings.

Yes, all except those you've got through diplomacy (tribute for peace treaty e.g.) unless this was also fixed for 0.34
