I am interested in a "multiple people playing one game" sort of thing

I'm thinking we can get 4 or 5 people, we're all in a chat room, and we all play one civilization together. We all make the decisions, choose what's bests to do, and everything. While one person is actually making the actions. Basically just 4 people playing as one. We can switch who's playing the game after some amount of time.

I'm interested in what other people have to say and learning from different styles.

I'll do it with only 3 people if not that many are interested interested.

(btw this would be PTW, as I don't like conquests).
