I should know this. But I can't find it on the FAQ.

Does getting a Right of Passage agreement require both civs to know map making, or can you get RoP with only one of the partners having gotten that far.

IIRC it only takes one, same as contacts.

And with everything else, besides resources. And of course embassy's work both ways.
