I can't build warlord captain (S)

I'm using version 2.91 and I can't seem to build any of the (S) units.

Is anyone else having this problem?

You can't. Zappara realized that (S) units being buildable was overpowered, and the original creator, Vincentz, too. So Vincentz created new Warlord modmod that has (S) only available if you capture enemy Warlord in combat .

And in the next version the captured warlords will be able to join cities as a lesser Military Instructor giving only 1xp
