I can't choose Babylon

I have had Civ 5 and all the DLCs for the past year. I have also played as babylon before, but all of a sudden, i cant play as them. If anyone has a fix for this, please reply.

Was Babylon greyed out/un-selectable, or did it not show up in the selection menu at all...?

Did you accidentally turn off the DLC (through the DLC menu) by any chance...?

Did you set another player's slot as Babylon...?

Were you using any mods...?

I couldnt select it at all, and i have it checked off in my dlc on steam, but when i open up civ it isn't under the dlc tab
