Hey folks!If you use 10 settlers to colonize a size 1 city (or something like that) can you overwhelm them with your culture/citizenry?
Does it matter at all?

well, ya, I guess. are you trying to rid that city of the other race? if so, just set it to build workers, after it grows then there is a chance of building a worker from the citizen of the other race. Now my question is do you pay matinence on the worker of the other race?
