I missed this carrier change

It used to be a hard 3. I'm not crazy, I swear, everywhere I look online shows 3. No site I found lists which promotion is now required to get more capacity. Is this new with BNW? Does this mean it can now go above 3?

yes, it goes up to Flight deck III for 5 aircrafts carried.
