I need help

I have had civ for about 2 months now I play on Warlord I can never win, do I just reallly suck?

I have checked out the war academy, but I need some mopre help, whats the best things to do? Strategy, war strat, govs ANYTHING!

Go to the strategy and tips forum and read:
Babylons deity settlers - by bamspeedy
improving your openining play sequence - by cracker

Both are very experienced players , so if you follow their lead you'll get of to a good start and you can build from there...

Oh, and BTW, that zulu-guy wasn't very helpful, but he's right about the wrong forum... You should try posting these things in the newbie questions thread, in the civ3 general discussion forum. It's a sticky thread, so that means it's always near the top of the page...
