I think aesthetics has a different narrator in game than all the other technologies.

There's a few techs which were introduced in BTS which have Sid Meier as the narrator. Aesthetics, Advanced Flight, Military Science, Laser, Superconductors, Stealth.

The narrator of the german version (except BtS techs) is also well known.... but it wasnt until last week where the housemate of my girlfriend said "Hey isnt that the voide of Thomas Fritsch" and i realized that he gives his german voice for example to:

This stuff happens all the time between us lol. We are usually chatting about civ or smash bros, so when anyone walks into our conversation they hear a few words and go "smash bros?" or "civ?" accordingly IOW they're used to it by now
