If you download a free program called hijack this (which is like a megabyte) you can paste the log here: http://www.hijackthis.de/en and it will tell you what all your processes are and if you should watch out for them. Cheers.

This is an awesome tool, I use it a lot. The main drawback is you can really destroy your system if you're not careful; I wouldn't recommend this tool to someone who isn't comfortable researching the web for information on the details it gives you prior to taking action. You best know what you're doing with it and be comfortable with your systems internals. Although if you are comfortable with your system files, I'd imagine you probably already use it, but if you don't I highly recommend it.
