I uninstalled steam and the demo for civ 5

And I am happy about it. I will go back perhaps
to civ4 and to be honest, I love more abstract games like chess and civ 1 . I am not hooked on graphics.

So I wish you all good times with civ 5.

I just uninstalled Civ V myself. Two days of fighting one issue after another, never knowing whether it was Civ V or Steam that was really the problem.

I wanted to play a game, not be a beta tester. So, I've got Civ III and Civ IV. No loss except for the $50. See you around stwils!

Me 3, both steam and civ 5 are gone, ran the cc cleaner to make sure no trace is left. Sent steam and firaxis emails to let them know exactly what I think and that they've lost a customer forever. Not that they'd care. Unfinished games and mandatory spyware will have the fools lining up around the block.
