By it's fine do you mean you'll play out the turn even if you did have a Ctrl-N problem? Note that the British slaughtered 15 or so units in Brest because it had no AA battery due to the AI moving them, and three other cities were emptied due to the AI moving them. This happened in two other giga 2194 scenarios as well (and this one when we did regular 2194), where AI movement of AA batteries allowed unrealistic successes for the Allies. Frankly, I'm not playing my turn not only for your sake, but for the sake of balance in the game. Please pst a Ctrl-N'ed turn.
Yop, do you remember seeing anything weird? Also, do you remember there being an AA battery in Brest? There is one in the beginning of the scenario, and if there wasn't one when you attacked then we know the AI moved it.
Look at these screenshots; I'm convinced the AI moved your units, unless you had a whole lot of typos.
