Well Car industries... this might be a little too specific, 'cause this is not really something charasteristic of one nation. Europe, the USA, Japan... they all are the homes of several big car companies.
About bonuses: Fast workers is a good idea as a benefit of labour unions, but they won't have much use. Remember this scenario takes place in the year of 2065. This means especially in Europe not much is left to get done by workers. Well, maybe I can come up with something more useful
