Yes, please!

Any saves you have on standard or smaller maps.
Any age, but enough turns in for you to have left you mark
but not so late i cannot leave mine!

I dont care the civ, i dont care if you totally set me up to die/win

All i want is the fantasy "Our great leader has passed away without a heir, the local populace believe you can (right the wrongs of the previous leader/continue his great reign/bring prosperity/stop the war... whatever), will you accpet leadership of our great populace?"

Oh, and please state whats difficulty it is... im poop and dont want anything higher than Monarch!

Cheers in advance!

i can give you mine last emperor (on a small map) game 1 turn before UN but i won by spaceship it has a about 50 turns to win. im a tech leader and have a large 41 % of land owned on a continent so it wont be a problem for you. just say NO to a UN vote and continue for a spaceship win :) i dont have any earlier saves of this game but. if you want to leave mark in this game destroy sumerians :crazyeye: and i forgot to say civilization is india.

Ok ghandi died and slozenger is voted for a leader to win by spaceship :goodjob:

easy level ( 2nd counting from the easiest)

WOAH! lol give me time, im right in the middle of my exams. Ive barely got 10 turns into Durkz save. Ill get around to trying yours later.

(are you expecting me to play a bit then get the file back to you in a better position? if so, i dont think i could do that! well, in time perhaps.. gimme a few weeks!)

;) i have my exams starting as well..
thats why i gave you the save.
that save is of me and one of my school friend playing it
i just wanted to see if you can win alone on it without the friend's help

well, thats too much of a challenge! the evolution of the hypoblast in prokaryotes can wait for now.... :D

hehe im on winter break so CIV is ON!!!!

You could try breaking in on a succesion game. Just download the save from a team that is halfway the game and play it out for yourself.
Then after both you and the team are done, you can also compare your game.

Edit: better yet, you could try JOINING a succesion game.

There is a seperate forum for succesion games.

i have looked at that, and certainly loved reading through them "dreaming of dromons" anyone? ;) (thanks to Tomoyo for the thread made highlighting these "storys")

The problem is they are usually as sid-vicous levels and that just scares me off. Also, by getting saves from where ever, i feel i might be able to improve/overhaul what they are doing. The succession games are so perfectly MM anyeverything.. its scarY!

do they have a beginners succession games? i could try that out...

heres a save with lots of troops ready to smash the germans. ive gone on t0 kill them, so i know its dooable.

will post my total victory later :king:

I have several saves at Chieftain level for CivIII 1.29f. I haven't been playing very long (just since November), and I'm usually a peaceful builder. I save them so I don't have to start from scratch to try being a warmonger instead.

You're welcome to them, but I'm not sure how to send them to you. I have 6 different civs at several different years. I keep adding more opponents as I learn more about the game. :)

notice the "attach" function when you post?

simple select that, negotiate through all the computers folders until you get to the saves folder in your civ file.

then upload them and wel can all play them... :goodjob:

Thanks, Slozenger!

I have the Greeks at AD 580, 1060, 1330 and more probably too far along to be fun, Egyptians at AD 500, 640, 990 and more, Babs 110BC, AD 870 and 1325, Iroquois 1405 AD, Chinese 110BC, AD 500 and 1050, Persians AD 860, 1275 and more. I think that's too many to upload all of them, so if someone wants one, just let me know. :D
