How many time is happened that you thought to a possible feature that you'd like to see in civ4 and wanted to know if it already exist in one of the many mod already done? To me it happen a lot but the mods are legion (thanks god) and following their threads is not always easy, so I thought to start this thread where people could ask questions like:

Did someone made a mod that bring back the city revolts caused by unhappiness of the previous Civ games?
(i was thinking that any city with unhappy citizens could have a low chance for round to revolt (as a freshly conquered city). Starting from that it could follow a path analogue to a culture flipping city, first revolt, than a period of calm, but if it revolt again and you do nothing, it goes indipendent, like a barbarian city, details must be worked on, but it could make the game more interesting, I don't like as things are now where unhappy citizens can be ignored almost without conseguences. Maybe doing the same with unhealtiness, only with Plagues that spread throught trade routes and into nearby cities rather than revolts)

I thought about the idea to limit the number of units that could stack in a single tile, there is some mod that already do that in some form?
Again, it could make a interesting game, of course cities would have an higher limit, if anyone, some tech like military tradition could increase the limit some more, maybe give forts an higher stack limits to make them finally useful.

Sorry never heard of a mod like that.
Seems like a good idea. However the problem is, when a city revolts you loose all of the culture you've built up, so this would be absolutely devestating in a cultural victory game. A nicer way of doing this would be to have a small chance of a building being destroyed by the mob.

Are you sure? I think that is when a city "flip" that it lose its culture, and I'm not even sure of that. I believe that if a enemy conquest you city and you conquer it back you get all you culture almost as it was before (someone could confirm or deny that?), so if a city go rogue you send your troups to bring it back to reason and if you do it fast enough you should have all your culture back.
And it would be devastating only if you let it happen. The way I described it, it should be simple to avoid, a rogue city would be almost as probable as a city culture-flipping to the AI and how often that happen to a human player?
