Idea about wonders

So here is an interesting idea:

What if it was possible to build a wonder in a city that could then be gifted to a target civilization to improve the relations between the two civilizations?

A real historical example of this would be the French giving the Statue of Liberty to the United States.

So what do you guys think? Any takers?

Hmmm.... the answer to that question is basically the same answer to this question: How do you eat an elephant?

Answer: A bite at a time.

How about calling it an "Embacy" or such, you could build multiple embacies each oriented at a different empire and you get +2: "Your Embasador has Great hair!" in Diplomatic relations. Prerequisite is OpenBorders with the other Empire.

I think I like this.....but make the whole thing differnt. Instead of Wonders, have something else, a new thing, like great pieces or something (how about the Mona Lisa, trajan's column, The Crown Jewles etc.)

The AI could do this too, but very, very rarely will they do this. Also, they can be stolen. Works will always go to your capital. If you storm Madrid while it has the Sunflower painting, it will zoom to your capital and you will recive whatever benefits it gives.
