Idea: Barb Boats

I'm sitting on something islandish as the clan with random barbs wandering around. What if there was some way for me to get those barbs onto my ships so I could ferry them to distant lands?
Something like a special ability for barb civs that would "lure" barb units towards yours. when cast by a ship with free cargo, the barbs hop aboard. Maybe that's not even possible...
I dunno, just a random idea.

transports won't work. Maybe creating a ritual that allows to "call" barbs to one city. maybe make it so that this ritual can be performed only every Y turns?
