Hello
So I'm not sure if you would call this a bug but I think it seems very odd
So me and Japan are both Autocracy, I got 72 tourism (2nd highest is 42) and Japan has 14. My country was content till the world ideologi became Freedom (it then suddenly became Dissidents which I think is a bit over the top just because of the world ideology changes).
So now I have -6 happiness because my people really want Freedom but Japan is still content..
So from my understanding, Japan is still content because of MY influence yet I am not content... If anything shouldn't it be the other way around when it is I who have all the tourism in my country??
