Everything from G&K except for the civs will be included. Ethiopia is included for free in BNW also.

Yeah, if you wait until the winter sale, you can probably get the gold edition + BNW pretty cheaply, and that'll give you all the DLC civs as well (Babylon, Korea, and the Incas are all awesome.)
