On the mainpage, towards the bottom, you'll see a box for 'Private Messages' (that's PM). Right below the box for birthdays.

Click on it, and you shld go into your PM box. There shld be a 'New Message' button somewhere down below.

The rest of the steps shld be obvious.

the guy who lost at teutoburger forest was named varius ( varii, varii, legiones me reddere ---- or so, means varius varius give me back my legions which the emporer is said to have said to him after the battle)

and i think the new conquered germanic areas would have broke down very soon, even a long time before the age of migration

don't want to nitpick but actually his name was Varus and the emperor was reported to say those words, but not to him, because Varus died in that battle.
