Eyesofnight was banned for bad conduct. he used the ladder to offend and herass other ladder players. He went so far that he used our ladder side to offend other users. To protect ourselfs against such unacceptable behaviour, we had to ban him.

This does not mean you cant play him. He was not found guilty of cheating in any matter. However I warn you, you dont want to meet this person. He is not the kind of person you can have a "friendly" game with. If you lose, he will treat you like scum, because he really believes you are a less human being if you suck in civ2.
If you win him, he will hate you for it and make all kind of excusses.

To put it simple: he is the worsed kind of opponent you can find. So we only advice you to find a different person to play against.

This is a good place to put it..the "Reign of Pissants" is coming to an end in MP Civ. The more responsible players are coming to realise the harm it does both to & in the hobby. So if you are a real world prick ( sorry ..TF ) or a Game Jerk, no matter what your Civ skills, you had better find something else to do.

Anybody that agrees to share your gaming table..even if it is just virtual, deserves respect, irregardless of what their abilities might be.

Poor dog berry, you just don't understand the big picture. There's a reason I've never ever been banned on Apolyton. There's a reason I'm still around after all these years. You've only been playing this game MP for a year or so and you don't really know anything beyond civfanatics. You are a beginner in the eyes of everyone except for civfanatics, and let me assure you that is a very very small percentage.

I only strike when someone annoys me. I don't just go out of my way to piss off newbies, at least not in game. Sloww is very good at talking when he thinks I can't respond. But he usually shuts up after a few posts unless he feels he has sufficient support. And Az I don't believe I told you you suck in the 2 games we played.

Why do you even bother Eyes ? If I thought that you did the least bit for furthering the hobby.. as opposed to retarding it.. you would have my full support & sympathy.. hell I would even play a game with you. I won't bother to explain further.. as I doubt if you are listening. What ever my Civ skill levels are I know that I have done my bit to bring new players into the game & give everybody more opponents.. who will pick up skills as they go along.

It is nice to know that I can still get a response from you tho.
