In the interest of peace and prosperity for the greater region of Asia the Commonwealth Federation feels it is of utmost importance for our 3 governments to come to an agreement on intended spheres of influence. The CF wishes only to claim sovreignity over the nations of Bangladesh, Burma, Nepal and Pakistan in addition to India on the mainland continent of Asia. We sincerely hope this will be agreable to you and does not infringe upon your intended plans for expansion. We are of course open to negotiations.
We also hope that the two of you can come to an agreement for the partition of Southeast Asia and we are open to acting as neutral mediator in the negotiations should such be needed.
Finally, we would like to propose a tri-lateral pact of non-agression to ensure the political stability of Asia. It is time the people of Asia spread our influence internationally rather than spend our power on petty infighting. Should one of our countries pursue an agressive war against another signatory, the last country will be obliged to declare war on the agressor.
I would probably like to have Nepal and a small part (About a quarter) of India. Is this acceptable?

Hm... How about you take Nepal, Burma and the easternmost part of India (province 16)? That is 1/3 of the supply centers on the subcontinent.. Though be aware that I will then be open to expanding somewhat westwards to Afghanistan and Iran and onwards, wich I was originally planning to leave open for you.
And what are your thoughts on the non-agression pact? I wish to remain peacefull and neutral, but if the pact fails I shall have to make other arrangements to keep security for our fledgling nation.

You can be rest assured that the Commonwealth Federation will not be expanding or confront any power spreading to those areas. But we refuse to recognise Nazi Bosnia as the sole claim holder to the territory on the grounds of your horrid human rights record and crimes against humanity.

What horrible human rights, okay we may have killed some Jews, Commies, Free Masons.... But they're impure. And the people can say what they want as long as its not against the government and crimes are punished by jail (not a conc. camp a nice clean jail), only people who revolt, do something against the government,murders have capital punishment (first two death by wire hanging, murder - shot)
