Illians, snow, and hammers

I know they can build on snow... I have played the game... that wasn't my idea.

The idea is that they can build farms without needing to spread irrigation. Build farms on ANY FLAT SNOW TILE. Not just the ones next to lakes and rivers.

they can build stuff on snow I know, but it's still different than normal. for example, some people mentioned that they can only build workshops on tiles adjacent to rivers.
