I'm a new person at this site>> need help with unit creation!!

Hello Civ Fanatics

My name is Kasimierz and i'm from The Netherlands (that tiny country in yurp)

i'm a new person at this site , and i manged to look at a masssssive database with hundreds of unit's and millions of files
I'm (still) usin' Civ 2 and i'm working with a IMac . I've recently tried to make some changes to my Civ 2 version but there are much things to ask. I'll give you some:

# How can i edit my units (with the Civ 2 1.0 version)?
# How can i use more different units?
# How can i import new units into my Game?
# Does anyone has Cpt. Nemo like WW2 units?

You really need to download the Fantastic Worlds patch from the downloads section. It includes a special scenario creator menu that allows you to import units and make changes to the rules and events files.

Don't know if it works on a Mac though??

don't bother with any FW updates.They are not mac compatible.You don't need it to make graphics changes anyways.
You need something like photoshop or such.

do you have MGE(multiplayer gold edition) for mac.If so,you can find a converted copy of Nemo's Red Front complete with a delete events and an applescript to automatically load the different parts at the above address,as well as many others converted and ready to go.

No.Not with the MAC version.

Gold edition for MAC is still available in stores and online.

You need to buy Civ 2 Mac MGE, there is no mac patch (techincally there isn't one for the PC either, but...)

Once you've bought MGE though, you'll be able to do lots of stuff with scenarios and such.
