Im Spawning Barbarians

As the title suggests...Im spawning Barbarians.

Im playing as Clan of Embers at the moment. Gotta love the Orcz. However, I have reached a point where, every now and then, my cities spawn Barbarian Axe Men. And...ontop of that, some of the Axe Men that I train turn barbarian too. They then run off to do something somewhere.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bad thing? Do I need to stop it and if so how do I stop it?

I get the feeling that Ive reached a point where Im becoming a horde and this is a natural part of Clan Ember but I cant be sure. Anyone got any advice?

Okay, here you go. This is a few turns after it started happening. Its in the Fall Further Modmod...so you will likely need to run it under that.

Should have said that in the beginning... It's working as intended.

They are at peace with the barbs, and with the way FF changed barb spawning they can spawn in your territory and invade your neighbors.

Also, your units are occasionally going barb due to Warkirby's change to the Warrens - Gives out a promotion with a 1% chance, as well as reduced strength. Goes away at level 4.

Ahhh..I see. Wondered what was going on, thought it was a horde mechanic or something.
