Images being cut off, desperate for any help.

So, I'm one of the many new players to this installment of what used to be one of my favorite series after the steam sale. I'm having problems, almost eveything in the game is cut off, like the loading screen when booting up only shows the top half, the worker management screen won't show which tiles are being worked presumably because the images are glithching out, the wonders show four different quarters of four different wonders in the corner of an invisible box where the real icon should be. Has anyone solved this issue before? It's driving me absolutely crazy not being able to change my worker management.
