This will help everyone who is trying to find a solution to these problems by comparing.

Updated Drivers? Yes
Anti Virus On? No
Minimal system tray? Yes
Any other programs/apps Running in Background? No

Game Played: Earth 1000AD (Huge Map?)

Bugs:
Game freeze + need to restart by resetting PC
Game slowdown
Stuttering map
Jerky movies with sound
