A bit of annoyance that I'm hoping arrives in a forthcoming patch is better recognition of civs on the map. When I hover over land that is within another civ's empire it doesn't show in the tooltip which civ it is. When the city isn't yet visible, this is problematic. Would be great to see the civ name in the tooltip. Likewise, you can't even see the civ name hovering over a city! You only get the "Click here to talk to the owner of this city" It should say "Click here to talk to Genghis Khan of Mongolia". The only way to tell which civ is which is to a) memorize all city names :( or b) hope that there is a unit you can hover over nearby.

Launching a nuke inside their borders will draw military units toward your general direction, hovering over them will provide their civilization's name.

Should put his name in your sig! I use that diptych in my new media narrative course.

Regardless of the memorization option, it is crappy interface design offering low usability.

I do like the nuke option, I'll just make a bee line to Fission so that I can figure out who everyone is on the map!

Or you could just pay attention to the leader screen the first time you encounter a civilization and remember their handy little symbols. Whenever I'm curious who runs the city of "Rome" I see the little wreath of laurels and remember that, oh yeah, that's the Romans!

LOL, a bit much in order to get the other civ's attention huh? :D
"Sorry bout that nuclear weapon, we just wanted to see where you were!" ROFL
